Terms and Conditions

Rental terms and responsibilities

When renting equipment from Redone Rental, the client assumes full responsibility for all audiovisual equipment throughout the rental period. The client must maintain insurance covering the rented equipment against any loss, theft, or damage. Equipment must be used appropriately, in accordance with manufacturer specifications, and cannot be modified, repaired, or relocated without written consent from Redone Rental. Reservations are only confirmed once the rental contract is signed and the required deposit is paid. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental, Redone Rental reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation. Although a security deposit is generally not required, Redone Rental may request one for high-value or special rentals. The client also authorizes Redone Rental to keep credit card information and process charges for any lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment, as well as for extensions of the rental period, without further authorization. All rental contracts are governed by the laws in effect at the place of contract signing. By proceeding with a rental, clients acknowledge and accept these conditions, ensuring a clear understanding of their responsibilities and Redone Rental policies.
