Rental terms and responsibilities

When renting equipment from Redone Rental, the client assumes full responsibility for all audiovisual equipment throughout the rental period.

The client must maintain insurance covering the rented equipment against any loss, theft, or damage.

Equipment must be used appropriately, in accordance with manufacturer specifications, and cannot be modified, repaired, or relocated without written consent from Redone Rental.

Reservations are confirmed only after the rental contract is signed and the required deposit is paid.

For any cancellation made less than seven (7) days before the rental date, Redone Rental reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation.

Although a security deposit is generally not required, Redone Rental may request a Pre-Authorization for high-value rentals or specialized equipment.

The client also authorizes Redone Rental to keep their credit card information and process, without additional authorization, any charges related to lost, damaged, unreturned equipment, or any rental period extension.

All rental contracts are governed by the laws in effect at the place of contract signing.

By proceeding with a rental, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all of these conditions, ensuring a clear understanding of their responsibilities and Redone Rental's policies.
