Any adult (18 years and older) or business can open an account, subject to providing the required documents:
A valid Quebec driver's license
A credit card in the customer's name (Prepaid credit cards are not valid)
(New customer) Proof of residential address (Hydro bill, phone bill, or bank statement)
(New customer) A reference person living at the same address
A security deposit is generally not required. However, Redone Rental reserves the right to request one for certain circumstances, such as high-value or special rentals. Customers are 100% responsible for the equipment and their own insurance or not. Redone Rental also reserves the right to charge for any lost or damaged equipment.
Yes, reservations can be made online or in-store. Please call ahead to confirm availability before visiting.
Our rentals are based on duration: 1 day, 3 days, or 1 week. For longer rental periods, please contact us — custom rates can often be negotiated.
