To open a rental account, customers must provide a valid Quebec driver's license and proof of residence. A credit card in the same name is also required, and the cardholder must be the person picking up the rental.

A security deposit is generally not required. However, Redone Rental reserves the right to request one for certain circumstances, such as high-value or special rentals. Customers are 100% responsible for the equipment and their own insurance or not. Redone Rental also reserves the right to charge for any lost or damaged equipment.

Yes, reservations can be made online or in-store. Please call ahead to confirm availability before visiting.

Our rentals are based on duration: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month. For longer rental periods, please contact us — custom rates can often be negotiated.
